We (LiveEdgeCornerShelf) currently ship to addresses across the United States. Most of our orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, but for larger items or faster shipping, we may use UPS Ground.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

– It usually takes 10-15 business days (Monday to Friday) for shipments to arrive.

– We handle orders within 1-9 business days (Monday to Friday).

– The order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (GMT+07:00), Indochina Time (Ho Chi Minh City).

We do not charge tax on any orders.

We use UPS, DHL, USPS and OSM to deliver our products.

Once your package is on its way, we can’t change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@liveedgecornershelf.com.

If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, we can help. If your order has already been dispatched, please check our refund policy for further steps.

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse it and let the courier know. If you’re not there when it’s delivered, contact our customer service for help.
